  I started CrossFit Farmingdale a few months ago and I love it! As a former college athlete, I was looking for a program that was going to really push me and keep me motivated. CrossFit Farmingdale does just that. The workouts are high intensity and fun. Jordan is great and really helpful! Even if you're a beginner, he tailors the workouts to your ability. It's awesome to watch yourself improve on all the different skills. The gym has a great atmosphere and all the members make you feel welcome. Everyone supports and pushes one another to do better. This gym is highly recommended!
